EQA Emails going into Junk email folder

NHS trust firewalls are screening EQA emails and putting them in spam/junk email folders

It has come to our attention that EQA emails are being directed to spam folders.�

In order to stop this go to your junk email folder and right click on the message from the EQA and then select Junk email from the selection and then select "Never�block sender"

If you continue to have this issue then contact your Trusts IT support line.�
