The Leeds Virtual Pathology website uses PHP to deliver content from the digital slide repositories and databases, and needed an urgent security update. No user data or personal information has been affected, but much of the older code behind the pages does not yet work with the new version. The site was temporarily taken offline to keep the users and systems safe, and it is now being brought back up in stages. Other pages may not load or may display errors for now. The Virtual Pathology team at Leeds are sorry for the disruption and are working to restore as much as they can.
